2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Adyaaye offers luxury fashion garments including made-to-order and limited-edition pieces. All products are handcrafted and may involve artisanal processes.

Due to the handcrafted nature:

  • Minor variations in embroidery, fabric, and color may occur
  • Such variations shall not be treated as defects
  • Product images are representative and may vary slightly from final output


3. MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Most Adyaaye products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Orders cannot be modified
  • No refunds will be issued
  • No exchanges will be accepted

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.


4. MEASUREMENTS & SIZING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements where applicable.
If measurements are not provided within the specified timeline, standard sizing will be used.

Adyaaye shall not be liable for fitting issues arising from:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by customer
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Post-delivery body measurement changes


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, the order enters production and cannot be altered.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Fabric unavailability
  • Production constraints
  • Payment verification failure
  • Pricing errors
  • Technical issues

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


6. PRICING

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes within India unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable will be the price at the time of order confirmation.


7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production timelines vary depending on product complexity and are mentioned on respective product pages.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Made-to-order garments: 4–6 weeks
  • Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


Adyaaye shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events


8. SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping within India may be free unless stated otherwise.
International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of our products:

  • No returns accepted
  • No exchanges accepted
  • No refunds issued

Exceptions may be considered only in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.


10. ALTERATIONS

Minor alterations may be provided at the discretion of Adyaaye.
Shipping charges for alterations must be borne by the customer.


11. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display colors accurately. However:

  • Screen settings may vary
  • Lighting conditions may affect perception
  • Fabric dye variations may occur

Such differences are not considered defects.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics are the intellectual property of Adyaaye.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


13. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Violation may result in termination of access.


14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
