Return & Exchange Policy

 

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within India.

For international orders, shipping charges are applicable and calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and destination country. These charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All Adyaaye garments are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each client. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.

However, to ensure the best fit and customer satisfaction:

• We provide one-time size alteration support for all orders.
• Minor size exchanges may be considered only in exceptional cases and subject to availability.
• For alteration requests, customers are required to ship the product back to us. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• We recommend at least one trial upon delivery to ensure the perfect fit.

TAXES DUTIES

For orders within India, product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

For international deliveries, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

All garments are handcrafted and made-to-order. Delivery timelines typically range between 6-8 weeks. International orders may take 8–10 weeks depending on customization and location. weeks, depending on the design and customization. Delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will keep customers informed throughout the process
